General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

By accessing or using the pklk platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between pklk and the user.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all types of services — Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, High Roller and all other gaming categories. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using pklk.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at pklk, you must meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions at pklk are governed by the following rules:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If delayed due to technical issues, resolution will occur within 24 hours.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Deposits must be made from the user's own registered mobile number.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 BDT.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–4 hours, maximum 24 hours.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals.
• To withdraw winnings earned from bonuses, specific wagering requirements must be met.
• Pklk reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

Betting Rules & Conditions

Before placing bets at pklk, it's important to know the following rules. All betting activity is governed by these terms.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If an event is cancelled before the match starts, bet amounts will be refunded.
• Pklk reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• The same rules apply from single bets to accumulator bets.

Live Betting

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet may not be confirmed — the system will automatically confirm your bet at the updated odds or reject it.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding betting results, pklk's customer service team must be notified within 72 hours. The final decision on all disputes rests with pklk and is considered final.

Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

Pklk regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing users. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus on the first deposit is available to new members. Minimum wagering must be completed before bonus withdrawal.
• Free Bet: Free bets are not withdrawable; only winnings can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses are available subject to specific eligibility conditions.
• Odds Boost: Odds boost offers on selected events are valid for a limited time.

• Losses due to user device or software issues.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
